Patients with Commercial or Auto Insurance, or Medicare

For no-shows or cancellations in less than one business day we charge a $50 rescheduling fee for established patients and $100 for new patients.

Patients with Medicaid, whether straight Medicaid or a Medicaid plan, either Primary or Secondary 

We will not reschedule patients who reschedule their initial appointment less than one business day ahead of time (or who no-show).

Established patients who miss appointments or who reschedule with less than one business day's warning three times will be considered to have discharged themselves from the practice and will not be rescheduled..
